Having problems signing in? To unlock your account, reset your password or obtain your username see: Sign In Help

If you have further problems accessing your account, please fax a written request with your name, phone number, email address and business name on a company letterhead to +61 2 4951 0055.

Add accounts, modules and users to PayWay or close a facility: Phone a Customer Care Banking Representative on 1300 368 098 between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday or email prioritysegments@westpac.com.au

Get support with access and PayWay API and PayWay Net integration: Phone the Helpdesk team on 1300 727 111 (Australia) or 0800 777 229 (New Zealand) between 8.30am to 5.30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday or email them at payway@qvalent.com

Get support for PayPal: If you are unable to sign-in to PayPal, wish to dispute a transaction, or have questions about PayPal products, features and pricing then visit PayPal (new window).

More Information: If you have been asked to provide more information, Sign-In and click on "Upload Documentation" under "Administration" menu. We have sent your sign-in details by email.

Account servicing: To add and manage multiple users, change details, reset passwords or request a new limit please sign in to Mobile PayWay.
