34 - Suspected fraud

Fraud guard suspended the payment because it was unusual.

If you wish to process the payment anyway:

  1. Sign in to PayWay
  2. Click Search and Refund in the Transactions menu
  3. Search using the receipt number
  4. Click Complete Transaction
  5. Click Confirm Transaction

To view a list of recently suspended transactions, click Suspended in the Transactions menu.
